Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Riimi. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures, terms, and conditions.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all regions within Finland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-2 business days after order confirmation. Please note that during peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Important Delivery Information:

If you order a pre-order item and a regularly available item in the same order, we will ship the entire order according to the pre-order's delivery schedule. This means that even though regularly available items are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, the entire order will be shipped only after the pre-ordered item is ready to be dispatched. For example, if the pre-order delivery time is 2 weeks, your entire order will take 2 weeks to be delivered.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.

  • Standard Package: €5.90
  • Large Package: €6.90

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact us through email 123mikachu@gmail.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve any issues, including missing or delayed shipments.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders shipped to the Åland Islands, please be aware that customs and import duties may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please notify us immediately at 123mikachu@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
